WFH STaff? Hybrid? No problem!
Here’s how it works: First, we ship our beginner bonsai kits directly to your participants, ensuring everyone has what they need for the big day. Then, we coordinate with your in-house tech team to make sure the virtual experience runs smoothly. On the day of the workshop, our expert instructors can teach live from your HQ for in-person attendees or broadcast from our studio for fully remote teams. We keep it interactive, with multiple team members facilitating breakout sessions to ensure everyone gets personalized guidance. And just like in our in-person classes, each participant’s tree is covered by our Beginner Tree Guarantee, so they can feel confident about their new bonsai journey. Perfect for groups of 20 to 60 participants.

Bonsai Bar brings our expert instructors straight to your remote team's screens for a live, 2-hour interactive workshop designed to spark creativity and lift spirits. Our instructors lead the session virtually, guiding participants step-by-step through the art of bonsai. With breakout rooms, live chat support, and plenty of hands-on encouragement, your team will connect, unwind, and grow something meaningful—together.

If your stock portfolio is booming and you’re dreaming of a super intimate night with a few friends or co-workers— we can totally do that!
However, our private events have a minimum billing based on 20 guests, so it might be a little more platinum card than you were hoping.
In that case, we highly recommend buying six tickets to one of our public classes instead. Make a night of it: take your crew out to dinner first, then arrive early enough to snag six seats together.
With a little advance planning, our Bonsai Bar team can even help coordinate the seating — and maybe even keep the whole thing a surprise. (We love a good surprise.)

Let’s talk travel fees! We’ll hop on a plane — tiny trees love to fly! ✈️ We'll just need a little extra for travel expenses on top of our usual fees, because trees (and Bonsai instructors) love a good adventure.

Ask us about our new ‘Bite-Size Bonsai’ event — perfect for big groups! We just launched it, and big companies are already loving it. Great for kids too! Minimum group size is 50, and we require at least 60 days' notice to book.
