Bonsai Bar events are fun, inclusive and beginner-friendly. Each 120-minute workshop includes expert instruction, high-quality trees, and all necessary tools.
Designed for success, our events also maintain an eco-friendly footprint. Group sessions typically accommodate 24 - 48 participants.
Mame (pronounced mah-meh) are mini bonsai that fit into the palm of your hand!
Designed for larger groups with time constraints, this workshop can be done in 30-60 minutes for groups of 50+ participants

At Bonsai Bar, we’ve had the honor of facilitating some truly unique virtual bonsai team-building workshops for companies with teams spread across the country. 🌱 Here’s how it works: First, we ship our beginner bonsai kits directly to your participants, ensuring everyone has what they need for the big day. Then, we coordinate with your in-house tech team to make sure the virtual experience runs smoothly. On the day of the workshop, our expert instructors can teach live from your HQ for in-person attendees or broadcast from our studio for fully remote teams. We keep it interactive, with multiple team members facilitating breakout sessions to ensure everyone gets personalized guidance. And just like in our in-person classes, each participant’s tree is covered by our Beginner Tree Guarantee, so they can feel confident about their new bonsai journey. Perfect for groups of 20 to 60 participants.
