Reschedule

We do not offer refunds unless a particular workshop does not reach minimum numbers or, for some unforeseen reason, must be canceled or rescheduled by Bonsai Bar. In this case, you will offered a full refund. You will first be offered the option to choose a future workshop to attend.

If you cannot attend a workshop, you must contact us BEFORE the workshop, and we will send you a coupon code that you can use to reschedule yourself for another workshop. You must email us before 10 AM on the day of your scheduled workshop. You may rebook your workshop for an upcoming workshop at any brewery location we offer. ​

DO NOT attempt to resell tickets! Scammers on Facebook may offer to sell tickets below face value with offers of venmo or zelle cash transfer. These are scams. Please contact us before you attempt to buy tickets from someone else.
