RESCHEDULING, CANCELING OR TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKETS

PLEASE UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE TICKETS.

We do not offer refunds unless a particular class does not reach minimum numbers or, for some unforeseen reason, must be canceled or rescheduled by Bonsai Bar. In this case, you will offered a full refund. You will first be offered the option to choose a future class to attend.

If you cannot attend class, you must contact us BEFORE the class, and we will reschedule you for a future class. You must email us before 10 AM on the day of your scheduled class. You may rebook your class for an upcoming class at any brewery location we offer.

Please get in touch with Bonsai Bar, not the host brewery.
